Understanding Our Production Schedule During Chinese New Year
For all products made in China, we’d like to inform you in advance about Chinese New Year (CNY) 2026.
Chinese New Year is the longest national holiday in China. In many factories, workers live on site and this period is one of the few times each year they can return home to spend time with their families.
In our case, most of our production partners are based locally near their factories, which allows us to minimize downtime while still respecting this important holiday period. That said, temporary pauses in production and shipping are unavoidable.
⚙️ Operational Changes During Chinese New Year 2026
🏭 Factory Closures

Footwear Factory:
February 14 – February 23, 2026 -
Apparel Factory:
February 15 – February 24, 2026
During these dates, production will be fully paused.
⛔ Order Cut-Off Dates (to ship before CNY)
Orders must be complete, paid, and free of design or address issues to qualify.

Footwear orders:
Must be placed by February 6, 2026 (CET) -
Apparel orders:
Must be placed by February 9, 2026 (CET)
Orders placed after these dates may not ship before the holiday.
🚚 Shipping & Post-Holiday Fulfillment

Orders placed during the holiday period will begin production after factories reopen

Fulfillment will resume gradually, and delays may occur due to high post-holiday order volume

Tracking updates may take longer than usual during this restart phase
📦 After Chinese New Year
Production will resume once factories reopen, and all pending orders will be processed in the order they were received.
We strongly recommend placing orders early if you need items for a specific date.
