All items produced in the US are shipped within within 3-7 business days after the order is placed, via USPS standard service (expedited shipping available upon request).

All Items produced in China are shipped within 5-10 business days* after the order is placed, and require 15-21 business days on average to reach worldwide destinations (expedited shipping available upon request).

All items produced in EUROPE (GERMANY-SPAIN-ITALY) are shipped within within 3-7 business days after the order is placed, with local standard services (expedited shipping available upon request).

TimeElements is not responsible for lost, stolen and delayed packages.
